The rate for the first floor bedroom with king-sized bed, and day bed is $130 per night. There is an additional charge of $25 per night for a third person in the room.
The double room upstairs with twin beds is $95 per night.
There is a 12% CT lodging tax.
I do have a 2 night minimum during peak season--May thru October. It is not written in stone, but is strongly preferred.
Payment is by check or cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
A one night deposit is required to hold a room. The cancellation policy is 10 days for a refund, less a $10 handling fee.
Children are welcome..I have tinker toys, blocks and lots of other toys!
Pets may be negotiated. I do have a 11 pound Chinese Crested powder puff named Lucy in residence. (That's a dog for those of you not in the know)
